Rich Schifreen from Earendil has volunteered to put together some rules quizzes. It should be a fun and interesting way to brush up on some of the rules situations that occur. He'll be posting them periodically as time permits. There's a wealth of information on the racing rules at Art Engel's site   including a rules guide and some additional quizzes.
